Through guided meditation, affirmations, soothing sounds and music, you’ll be gently guided inward — to reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves, and awaken your own feminine energy within.

Pregnancy, heart problems, epilepsy, severe mental conditions, pacemakers and metal implants – please seek further advice if unsure.
Yoga mats, pillows, blankets and eye pillows will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
